My First Entry...thanks Ashley

This is my friend Ashley's favorite picture that I have sent home so far. She liked it so much that she decided to start this blog for me so I can share my photos and writings with more people. As a matter of fact she is writing this first entry for me. She misses me very much already but thinks that we might get to stay in better contact now that I am thousands of miles away.
